Cooking club
In addition to joint cooking and enjoying for companies and groups, Essence Culinair offers the possibility to cook in a regular club on a regular basis.
This club formula offers the possibility to meet 11 or 6 times a year on a fixed day of the month to cook refined, balanced and seasonal menus. As a member of Essence Culinair you can fully concentrate on the recipe and preparation of each recipe, the joint assessment and evaluation of your dish and the wine / food combination. All other items such as purchasing merchandise and wine, rinsing and kitchen and restaurant affairs are taken care of by Essence Culinair. Can it be easier?
Does experience count?
Not everyone has the same level or experience. For cooking at Essence you do not have to have experience, but our regular guests are getting more and more of it. Our menus are clearly arranged. According to a fixed classification. During the cooking club they are discussed again and we have set aside time for explanation, commodity knowledge and demonstration. The chef is available for questions and assistance throughout the evening.
Who makes the menus?
Menus are compiled by Essence Culinair. We get our creativity from various sources and of course we follow the seasons. The menus are supplemented with wine suggestions from the wineries associated with Essence Culinair. This combination of wine and food guarantees a monthly varying variety of dishes, cooking techniques, wine choices, products with which the wine / food spectrum is amply measured.
